Tasting Notes

Why we like it

Ca' del Moro Garganega Veronese IGT 2023:
The harvest takes place at the end of September with manual picking and selection of the finest bunches with the best sun exposure. The grapes are crushed and destemmed, followed by brief cryomaceration and soft pressing. Temperature controlled between 14°- 16°C. Six months on the lees in stainless steel tanks and one month in the bottle.

Camponi Corvina Veronese IGT 2023:
The harvest takes place at the end of September with manual picking and selection of the most beautiful and sun-exposed bunches. Destemming and soft pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24°-26°C. 10 days of maceration with daily pumping over and delestage. 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 3 months in the bottle.

Pairings

Ca' del Moro Garganega Veronese IGT 2023:
Excellent with risottos and fish-based main courses, interesting when paired with fresh goat's and sheep's cheeses.

Camponi Corvina Veronese IGT 2023:
This particular expression of pure Corvina goes well with Italian appetisers, soups and pasta dishes, but is also ideal as a summer red wine for fish dishes.
